Each week, Homicide Watch brings you a list of upcoming hearings in the cases we follow. All cases are heard at Suffolk Superior Court, located at 3 Pemberton Square in Boston, Mass.
On Tuesday, Aug. 5, Edwin J. Alemany, 29, charged with the July 2013 murder of 24-year-old Amy B. Lord, will appear for a pretrial hearing on discovery and psychiatric evaluations.
William Earl, 20, accused of killing 19-year-old Samuel Constant in January 2014, will appear for a status review conference.
Pablo Flores Jr., 21, charged with the May 2013 murder of 21-year-old Steven W. Jones, will appear for a final pretrial conference.
Martin A. Jiminez, 44, accused of killing 33-year-old Melissa A. Hardy in June 2013, will appear for a final pretrial conference as well.
On Thursday, Aug. 7, Diovanni Carter, 24, charged with the June 2013 murder of 27-year-old Jajuan Griffin, will appear for a hearing on discovery motions.
Peter Carvalho, 25, accused of killing 25-year-old Shannon Richardson Jr. in May 2014, will appear for a bail review hearing.
Jael Romero, charged with the June 2013 murders of 22-year-old Ana Cruz, 20-year-old Felix Garcia and 23-year-old Brian O. Tirado, will appear for a pretrial hearing.
