Police continue to investigate the killing of Lloyd Powell, who was shot to death May 23.
Jake Wark, a spokesman for the Suffolk County district attorney’s office, said the investigation was still open, but did not provide any further details.
No arrests have been made in the case.
According to Boston police, officers found Powell afflicted with gunshot wounds outside 125 Elm Hill Ave. in Roxbury at about 8:15 p.m. May 23. Powell, 23, was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his wounds, police said.
