Police have identified the man killed in Mattapan on June 24 as 43-year-old Jermaine Good of Boston.
Good was shot at around 3:20 p.m. around 17 Doone Ave. Police responded to the scene, where Good, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds, was pronounced dead. Witnesses told the Boston Herald they heard between three and five shots.
Good, who some friends called Jamie, had two children, according to his obituary.
