Andrew Reed and Angel Oller killed in Roxbury shooting

A shooting near 12 Ernst Street in Roxbury on Wednesday, August 12, left 28-year-old Andrew Reed and 20-year-old Angel Oller dead.

According to the Boston Police Department, shots were fired at approximately 10:15 p.m. and officers found both Reed and Oller suffering from gunshot wounds after arriving on the scene.

Reed was transported to Boston Medical Center and Oller was brought to Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Both died of their wounds.

A third gunshot victim came forward after the shooting, three hours after the shots were fired.

Reports say officers met him in the area of 70 Bragdon Street in Roxbury before being transported to the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Police reports say the third victim’s injuries are non-life-threatening.

No suspects have been identified but the Boston Police Department is encouraging anyone with information to contact homicide detectives.
