A third man, Phillip Woods, 23, was pronounced dead on the scene.</p> <p>One woman who lives near where the shooting occurred <a href="http://www.bostonherald.com/news/local_coverage/2016/09/fatal_shooting_in_dorchester_has_neighbors_rattled">told the Boston Herald</a> she woke up and found a bullet hole just inches from her window. Another woman who lives nearby told the Herald the area is not well-lit at night, which she believes is contributing to the unsafe environment for young people.</p> <p>Family members set up a <a href="https://www.gofundme.com/2ps3u38?rcid=8530ea067f5111e681dcbc764e0525d6">GoFundMe fundraiser</a> to raise money for Woods' funeral and other final expenses.</p> <p>Police have not arrested any suspects in connection with the shooting.
