They use music and slogans to try to bring people together.</p> <p>Group members say they try to stop street violence, the kind Moore fell victim to Saturday morning.</p></blockquote> <p>The full text of Boston Police Department's press release follows:</p> <blockquote><p>At about 12:50 AM on Saturday May 23, 2015, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for a person shot at 70 Weaver Way. On arrival, officers located an unidentified black male victim who appeared to have suffered gunshot wounds outside of the address. Medical personnel on scene pronounced the victim deceased at 12:58 AM.</p> <p>The victim has since been identified as Larry Moore, 27, of Dorchester. The Boston Police Homicide Unit continues to actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
