On Tuesday, Sept. 30 at approximately 8:38 p.m., officers from the B-2 District of Roxbury responded to a radio call for a person shot near 239 Parker Hill Ave., according to BPD News. On arrival, officers were informed by Boston Emergency Service that a male victim was pronounced dead at the scene, but he was not identified as that of Nunez until today. Boston Police said it is "actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident," and that anyone with information is urged to call homicide detectives at (617) 343-4470.
