He was pronounced dead at the scene.</p> <p>Investigators <a href="https://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2015/09/30/man-shot-death-hyde-park/NzJvIM9SdJbMHiQR424EzK/story.html">told the Boston Globe</a> the shooting appeared to be targeted, and may have been gang related. His body was found in the parking lot.</p> <p>Randall was a lifelong Hyannis resident, and friends were shocked to hear he had been killed, <a href="http://struggled with a troubled past which included recent run-ins with the law.">according to the Hyannis News</a>.
